Refund policy
- You can decide to return any product purchased on modo.com for a full refund within 45 days of receipt of shipment.

If you are in the Americas:
Please email customerservice@modo.com or call our customer service line at 800-223-7610 to request a return authorization form. You must return product using a trackable carrier method (UPS, FEDEX, USPS w/tracking). If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been received and processed at our warehouse.
If you are outside the Americas/anywhere else in the world:
Please email europe@modo.com or call our customer service line at +39 02 4399 8986 to arrange your return.
- All refunds will occur via the original payment method.
Note: we can only accept returns on items purchased from modo.com. Items purchased from authorized MODO retailers must be returned to the original online retailer or place of purchase.
